Sympathy for A-Bombing Japan

My Dad was a Marine at Guadalcanal. The bomb put a stop to the war with Japan. It saved many lives on both sides. If the Japanese are still looking for sympathy they should (as my Dad used to say) look for it in the dictionary, between the words "shit" and "syphilis"...that's where they can find their sympathy.

Gotta agree with you. Japan hasn't always been Nintendo and Pokemon and weird game shows. Imperial Japan of the '30s and '40s was flat-out evil and deserved every bomb that fell on them.

I have nothing to add to this.

What don't people understand that Japan would have fought to the last man ?

Beside the fact that they deserved it. Was there ANY country who was more brutal to its prisoners ?
