Man, time is just flying right by. On April Fool's Day in 1975 it was my lovely Kim and I's first official date. That was 34 years ago...in dog years that would be about 7...there, that sounds better. So pick up a pup, a pet, or your playmate, and dance with Kim and I to the Righteous Brothers singing their classic "Unchained Melody" in an attempt to slow down time and turn back the clock. I love this song and my Kim. Dance with us and enjoy the loves we share. If you have a Friday song please leave a link in the comments and thanks for dropping in.

Happy Friday Gene. I love this song, it brings back such good memories. It is the love song for my uncle and my favorite aunt-in-law!
Great song! It's one of those ones that one just can't help singing along with after a few beers.
Vix- Happy Friday to you!

I'm with ya all the way on the Beatles and I Saw Her Standing There!!!
Gene. Hold my feet to the fire, and honestly, I'd say that WAS the best there is. ;-]
The other two were entertainment value.
Gene. PS - I had no interest in music as a youngster, then my folks got me a transistor radio for Christmas when I was 11, and the new year was 1963.
I was jammin down the street one spring day and the Beatles came over the pipe with 'I want to Hold Your Hand", and I discovered music that day.

So I'm a day late, but not a dance short!
Gene,
Great pick for the week. I wrote a blog entry a while back about Bobby Hatfield:
