I know I am supposed to be taking a break from blogging but I have to post this...ya see, I found out about Evan and his battle with cancer (brain tumor) through Black Five awhile back. We've been praying for Evan. Evan loves soldiers and life. Meet Evan and pray for him, his family, and the wonderful folks at St Jude's Childrens Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Evan has recently completed his last round of chemo. Pray Army Strong.

God, imagine if we morph into Obama-care. Stories like this will make me go more berserk than Billy Jack.

I spoke with Evan's mom tonight. His levels are still zero so they are not able to go out and about. He's in GREAT spirits but a little tired. All around - life is GREAT! The tumor is GONE and they are just waiting a few more weeks for follow up then they can go home. So many prayers answered.
Evan's mom, Rachel, continues to be amazed and grateful for all of the support from the military community.
I am so blessed to have been able to spend time with Evan and many members of his family. They are amazing people! I'm going to miss Evan's hugs and having him snuggle up next to me but could not be happier that he's going home soon and will be with his brothers!
God bless Evan!
A kid should live longer than the weenies I've met that are adults... My positive thoughts are with him for an improved situation..
That is great news.
Prayers for him and his family because it cannot be easy to be witness to this.
Many prayers for Evan (I know I am behind, but I was in the hospital, so its not my fault!)
I am glad you are not quitting blogging. I am sad if you think you are not appreciated. I appreciate you and consider you a great friend.
Much love and hugs to you and your family.
